When you engage Rise And Thrive AI, our AI Employees may call or text your leads and customers ("End Customers") to answer questions, follow up, and book appointments. In this relationship, you (our client) are the data controller for your End Customers' information, and Rise And Thrive AI acts as a service provider / data processor on your behalf. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate legal basis and consent to share End Customer contact information with us and to have that information contacted by an AI system, including compliance with call-recording consent laws in their state or jurisdiction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use End Customer call or text content to train third-party general-purpose AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the contracted service to our client.

Calls and text conversations handled by our AI Employees may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by AI systems in order to generate responses, extract appointment details, and allow our team to monitor and improve performance. Where required by law, appropriate notice or consent to recording must be provided to call participants — for clients operating in two-party consent states, this is the client's responsibility to configure and disclose, and we can advise on standard approaches but cannot provide legal guarantees of compliance.

We retain client account information for as long as the business relationship continues and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and record-keeping purposes.
